How do I change my mobile number or name?

Go to Account → Profile to change your full name, mobile number, gender and date of birth. Gender and date of birth are optional.

Your mobile number must be an Indonesian mobile number, for example 0812 3456 7890 or +62 812 3456 7890. You need it before checkout.

The mobile number on each address (the recipient's number) is set separately in Account → Addresses, because someone else may be receiving the parcel.

Changing your email

For accounts with a password, press Change email in Account → Profile. We send an approval email to your old address, then a confirmation link to your new one. Accounts that sign in with Google use the email of that Google account.
