Creating an accountSign up with your Google account in one click, or with your name, email and a password. Accounts are free and you need one to check out.Details before checkoutBefore you pay, your account needs three things: a confirmed email, a mobile number and a main address in Indonesia. You can add them all right on the checkout page.Confirming your emailCheck your Spam or Promotions folder, then resend the link from the checkout page or your Profile. The confirmation link works for 24 hours.Customer codeEvery Singaya account gets its own customer code, for example SGY123. This code marks all your parcels at our warehouse.Delivery addressesSave up to 10 addresses in Account → Addresses and choose one as your main address. Your main address is selected automatically at checkout.Mobile number & profileChange your name, mobile number, gender and date of birth in Account → Profile. A mobile number is needed before checkout.Forgot passwordPress Forgot password on the Sign in page, enter your email, then open the link we send you. The link works for 1 hour and only once.Account securityChange your password, link your Google account and sign out of other devices in Account → Security.
