What is an SGY customer code?

Every Singaya account automatically gets its own customer code starting with SGY, for example SGY123. We write this code on every one of your parcels at our warehouse, so your items never get mixed up with another customer's.

Where can I find it?

• The Account page (overview), with a button to copy it.
• The welcome email after you confirm your email.
• The order receipt for every order, and the payment receipt email.

When do I use it?

Include your customer code whenever you contact us, so we can find your account and orders right away. The code never changes and cannot be replaced.
