How do I add and manage delivery addresses?
Go to Account → Addresses, then press Add address.
- Fill in the recipient's name and recipient's mobile number.
- Choose the province, city/regency, district and then village/kelurahan from the lists. The postcode fills in automatically from the kelurahan; change it if the postcode where you live is different.
- Write the full address: street name, house number, RT/RW and a landmark.
- Give the address a name (Home, Office, Boarding house, or your own). A note for the courier is optional.
Main address
You can save up to 10 addresses. One of them is always your main address and is selected automatically at checkout. The first address you save becomes your main address straight away. To change it, press Make main address on another address.
At checkout you can still choose a different address for that order only.
Editing or deleting
Press Edit or Delete on an address. If you delete your main address, the address you saved longest ago becomes your main address. Editing an address does not change the address on orders you have already placed.
Delivery outside Indonesia
Not yet. Singaya currently delivers only to addresses in Indonesia.
