How do I create a Singaya account?

Press Sign in at the top right, then Sign up free. There are two ways:

• Sign up with Google. The quickest way: your email is confirmed straight away.
• Sign up with email. Enter your full name, email and a password (at least 8 characters), then confirm your email with the link we send you. See confirming your email.

Accounts are free. You can browse items and fill your cart without an account, but you need one to pay.

Why do I need an account to check out?

So we can send your parcel to the right person: every account has a customer code that marks your parcels at our warehouse, saved delivery addresses, and an email for your payment receipts. Your next orders are then just a matter of choosing an address and paying.
