What details do I need before checkout?

Before you pay, your account needs three things:

1. A confirmed email. Payment receipts and order updates are sent here.
2. An Indonesian mobile number (for example 0812 3456 7890). For delivery updates.
3. A main address in Indonesia. Where your parcel goes.

If anything is missing, the checkout page shows a list headed Complete your details before you pay. You can fill it in right there without leaving the page, and your cart stays safe. You only do this once: after that, checking out is just choosing an address and paying.
