How do I track my order?
Every order has an order receipt: a page that gets a stamp at each stage of your order. Go to Account → Orders and choose the order, or open the link in your order email.
Order stages
| Stage | What it means |
|---|---|
| Waiting for payment | The order is placed but not paid yet. Pay before the time limit. |
| Paid | Your payment has come in. The price is final. |
| Bought | Our team has ordered your item from the seller. |
| Checked | Your item has arrived at our warehouse and been checked. |
| Shipped | Your item is on its way to your address. |
| Delivered | Your item has arrived. |
Orders with several items also show the status of each item, for example Waiting to be bought or Arrived at our warehouse.
Emails
We send you an email when your order is placed (with the payment deadline) and when your payment is received (your payment receipt). Keep that payment receipt email.
