How long do I have to pay?

Once your order is placed, you have 24 hours to pay. The deadline is shown on the order page and in the email asking you to complete your payment.

If the order is not paid by the deadline, it is cancelled automatically and you are not charged anything. The limit is there because prices and stock at the seller can change, so we cannot hold a price for too long. You can place a new order at any time.

Paying later

Unpaid orders are in Account → Orders. Open the order and press Pay now.

Paid, but the order was already cancelled?

If your payment still comes in after the deadline (for example a late bank transfer), we still process your order. The order status changes to Paid and we send you a payment receipt by email.
