Write to support@singaya.com, or simply reply to any email from Singaya.

So we can help you straight away, include:

• Your customer code (SGY…), shown on the Account page.
• Your order number (MK-…), if your question is about an order.
• A screenshot if you see an error message.

We never ask for your password, OTP code or card details.
