How does shopping on Singaya work?
You choose items from China and pay in Rupiah on Singaya. Once your payment comes in, our team buys the items from the seller, they arrive and are checked at our warehouse in China, and then they are sent to your address in Indonesia.
Four steps
- You choose and pay. Search for items in English or Bahasa Indonesia, choose the option you want (colour, size, model), then pay. The price is final at payment.
- We buy it. Our team orders your item from the seller with our own account. You do not need an account at the seller's shop.
- Checked at our warehouse. Your item arrives at our warehouse in China and is checked before it ships.
- Sent to your home. Your item is sent to the address you chose at checkout.
Every step is recorded on the order receipt for your order.
Who is Singaya?
Singaya is run by Huper Technology Pte Ltd, a Singapore company. We have our own warehouses in China, where every item is checked before it ships. You can shop in English or Bahasa Indonesia and pay in Rupiah, and the price is fixed when you pay, customs included.
